Nail Ink and Spa has always been committed to providing the best experiences for our customers. Due to the current health crisis, we are taking additional steps to not only ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, but to continue to provide the exceptional services that we have become known for.

Nail Ink and Spa has always gone above and beyond to provide a clean salon for our customers. This isn't something new for us. We have 3 fans installed on our ceiling, not only getting rid of uncomfortable nail odor, but filtering the air that we breath. We also have individual manicure table fans, which filter the air in a close proximity. We disinfect and clean the salon every day. We take pride in the cleanliness of our salon.

It is our primary duty to create a safe environment for not only our customers, but our staff. Although we are not aware of when we can re-open, Nail Ink and Spa will take additional steps and follow CDC Guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We understand that rules and regulations are subject to changes and we will adjust as that happens. All of our staff will be trained on how to limit the spread of COVID-19.

All employees and customers will have their temperature taken before coming into the salon. Any employee and/or customer with a fever will not be allowed inside the salon.

Customers will be required to wash their hand upon arrival.

All pedicure technicians will not only wear a mask, but also face shields.

All employees and customers will be required to wear a mask at all times inside the salon.

Once a service is finished, the area will be wiped down and disinfected, ready and available for the next customer.

All employees will be required to wear gloves at all times inside the salon.

All polishes and powders will be wiped and disinfected before placing them back on the shelves.

Here are some of the new procedures Nail Ink and Spa is implementing to protect the healths of our clients and employees:

  • All of our pedicure benches are 6 feet apart with paper liners that are changed after each client.

  • All polish samples are disinfected after each client. No customer touches the actual polishes.

  • Manicure tables are disinfected after each client.

  • Receptionist and staff disinfect the salon throughout the day. 

  • Salon has markings on the ground to insure proper social distancing.
